1. Nature of Cashback
Cashback earned on Dexterly is a future purchase incentive credited to your digital wallet. Cashback is NOT an immediate cash discount, cannot be withdrawn to a bank account, and is non-transferable.
2. Earning Cashback
- Customers earn 5% cashback on eligible product subtotal amounts on direct website purchases.
- Cashback is calculated excluding shipping charges, COD fees, and taxes.
- Availability Trigger: Earned cashback remains in a Pending state during the 5-day return window. Cashback becomes Available only after the return window expires for delivered orders.
3. Cashback Expiry & Redemption Rules
- Validity: Cashback points expire 90 days (3 months) from the date they become available.
- Minimum Order: Wallet cashback can be redeemed on future orders with an eligible product value over ₹299.
- Redemption Cap: Maximum wallet cashback redemption is capped at 20% of current product subtotal.
- Cashback redemption cannot be combined with immediate prepaid discounts or promotional coupon codes where specified.
4. Reversal Rules
If an order is cancelled or returned, any pending or earned cashback for that order is immediately reversed. If cashback from a returned order was already spent on a subsequent order, Dexterly reserves the right to adjust the net refund payout accordingly.
