4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment
- All prices displayed on Dexterly are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- In the event of a genuine typographical or technological pricing error, Dexterly reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and all disputes or transactions arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
