1. Customer Responsibility for Customization
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of submitted custom text, names, dates, photos, and preview approvals. Dexterly is not liable for customer-introduced spelling errors or low-resolution image uploads.
2. Preview Approval & Production
For orders requiring design approval, production begins only after digital preview confirmation. Changes or cancellations are not permitted once preview approval is submitted.
3. Restricted Return Eligibility
Custom and personalised products are NON-RETURNABLE for change-of-mind reasons due to their unique bespoke nature. Returns or replacements are strictly limited to instances of manufacturing defect, transit damage, or incorrect customization performed by Dexterly.
4. Screen Display & Color Variation
Minor color variations between digital screen previews and physical 3D-printed or engraved products may occur due to display calibration differences and natural material finishes.
