1. Overview
Dexterly ships practical, personalised gifts across India through verified courier partners. Delivery estimates are subject to destination pincode serviceability and logistics availability.
2. Dispatch Timelines
- Ready Stock Products: Orders placed before 2 PM IST on working days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM IST or on non-working days are dispatched on the next business day.
- Made-to-Order & Personalised Products: Require additional production time (typically 1–3 working days) prior to dispatch.
- Pre-Order Items: Dispatched according to the estimated release date specified on the product page.
3. Shipping Charges & COD
- Free Shipping: Available on eligible orders over ₹1,199 (or as specified during active promotions).
- Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and pincode location.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to ₹5,000 in serviceable pincodes, subject to a ₹49 COD handling fee. Orders above ₹2,000 may require an additional verification step.
4. Delivery Estimates vs. Guarantees
Delivery timelines (Metro: 1–2 business days, Tier 2/3: 2–5 business days, Remote: 5–7 business days) are estimated courier transit times and not legally binding delivery guarantees. Dexterly is not liable for courier delays due to natural weather disruptions, strikes, or regional operational restrictions.
5. Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)
Couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to pay COD, the shipment will be returned to origin (RTO). Address corrections must be requested prior to dispatch.
