1. Full-Combo Return Requirement
Fixed and configurable combos are sold as bundled sets at promotional prices. Combos must be returned in full quantity with all component items intact.
2. Partial Component Returns
Partial returns of individual combo items are strictly prohibited unless a specific component arrives damaged or defective. In defective component cases, Dexterly will issue a replacement for the specific component rather than a full combo refund.
3. Free Promotional Items
Any free promotional items or bonus accessories included with a combo must also be returned when returning the bundle. Failure to include free items will result in the retail value of the missing item being deducted from the final refund.
