1. Eligibility
The First-Order Offer applies exclusively to new customers making their first purchase on Dexterly. Eligibility is evaluated per customer account, email, mobile number, and delivery household.
2. Discount Structure & Separation
First-order discounts provide an immediate price reduction on eligible items. First-order discounts and future wallet cashback are distinct benefits and must not be presented as a single combined immediate percentage.
3. Order Limits & Exclusions
- Minimum order subtotal requirement: ₹499.
- Maximum discount cap: ₹200.
- Excluded items: Certain gift cards, clearance items, or limited-edition bundles may be excluded.
4. Order Cancellation & Restoration
If a first order is cancelled prior to dispatch, the first-order discount entitlement is restored to the customer account for a future purchase within 30 days.
