1. Eligibility
The First-Order Offer applies exclusively to new customers making their first eligible purchase on Dexterly. Eligibility is verified per customer account (mobile number and order history) — not per browser session or email address alone.
2. Discount Structure
- Discount: 5% of the eligible product subtotal after product-level discounts.
- Maximum discount cap: ₹100. The discount will not exceed ₹100 regardless of order value.
- Minimum eligible subtotal: No minimum eligible subtotal applies.
- The benefit is applied automatically at checkout — no code is required.
- Shipping charges, COD fees, gift-wrap charges, wallet redemption, coupons, and other order-level promotions are excluded from the eligible subtotal.
- First-order discounts and future wallet cashback are distinct benefits and must not be presented as a single combined immediate percentage.
3. Usage Limits & Exclusions
- The benefit may be used once per verified customer identity.
- The offer is non-stackable with conflicting promotional discounts. If a higher eligible promotion is available, the higher discount applies and the first-order benefit is not consumed.
- Custom-made or personalised products may be excluded where marked ineligible in the active commercial configuration.
- Offer availability is subject to the active commercial rules configured at the time of checkout.
4. Offer Consumption Rules
The first-order benefit is considered consumed only when it is actually applied and an order is successfully placed. It is not consumed if:
- The checkout is abandoned before payment.
- The payment fails.
- The offer was displayed but not applied because a higher promotion was selected.
5. Order Cancellation & Restoration
If a first order is cancelled before dispatch, the first-order discount entitlement is automatically restored to the customer account in accordance with the active return and cancellation rules.
