1. Refund Execution & Timelines
Approved refunds are processed following warehouse quality inspection of the returned product:
- Prepaid (UPI / Net Banking / Credit Card): Refunded to the original payment source within 3–7 business days depending on bank processing cycles.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via NEFT to customer-provided bank account details or instant Store Credit / Wallet balance within 5–7 business days.
- Store Credit / Wallet: Credited instantly upon return approval.
2. Treatment of Shipping Fees & COD Charges
Outward shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Dexterly error, defective product, or transit damage.
3. Rewards & Cashback Recovery
If an order earning cashback or rewards is returned or cancelled, any credited cashback is automatically reversed in accordance with wallet policy rules. If earned cashback was already redeemed prior to return, the equivalent value is deducted from the net refund payout.
