1. Pre-Dispatch Cancellation
Orders for standard ready-stock items may be cancelled free of charge prior to warehouse dispatch through the My Orders page or customer support. Full refunds are issued to the original payment method.
2. Made-to-Order & Personalised Products
Personalised orders can only be cancelled before production or preview approval begins. Once design preview is approved or production commences, cancellations are not permitted.
3. Post-Dispatch Cancellation & In-Transit Intercept
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled in transit. Customers may refuse delivery when the courier arrives; upon RTO receipt at our warehouse, a refund will be issued minus outward shipping charges where applicable.
