Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
On orders above ₹1,199. Below that, a flat ₹79 shipping fee applies.
Delivery Timeline
Metro cities: 1–2 business days. Tier 2 & 3 cities: 2–5 business days. Remote areas: 5–7 business days.
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 2 PM IST on working days are dispatched the same day.
Tracking
Order updates appear in My Orders, with WhatsApp or email updates when available.
COD Available
Cash on Delivery available for orders ₹199–₹9,999. COD orders may take 1 extra day for verification.
Return & Refund Policy
7-Day Easy Returns
Return any product within 7 days of delivery. No questions asked for damaged or defective items.
How to initiate a return
Go to My Orders → Select the item → Click 'Request Return'. Fill in the reason and submit. Our team will confirm within 24 hours.
Free pickup
We arrange a free doorstep pickup for all valid returns. No need to go to a courier office.
Refund timeline
Once the return is picked up and verified (1–2 days), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
COD refunds
For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 7 business days.
Non-returnable items
Earphones (hygiene), opened gift sets, and items with tampered seals are non-returnable unless defective.
