All prices on Dexterly are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies without liability.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Dexterly is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

All content on Dexterly — including logos, text, images, and code — is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify it without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dexterly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the value of your most recent order.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
